Pens Personalised is a UK-based engraving specialist with a Dubai operation serving the UAE. We work with genuine pens from Parker, Waterman, Sheaffer, LAMY, Cross and Hugo Boss, and every piece we personalise goes through the same careful process — whether it's a single gift or a corporate order of hundreds.
How we engrave
Each pen is engraved in-house using precision equipment calibrated for the exact barrel material and finish of the piece — stainless steel, lacquer, and plated surfaces all require different settings to get a clean, permanent result. We proof every design against your approved text and font before it goes anywhere near the machine.
What we work with

Who we work with
We serve individual gift buyers alongside law firms, medical practices, schools, and corporate offices across the UK and UAE, on both one-off pieces and bulk orders with consistent engraving across every item.
Where we operate
Our team is based in London, with a dedicated operation in Dubai serving customers across the UAE. Each region is served locally — UK orders are handled from London, UAE orders from Dubai.
