How does personalisation work?

Open any pen's product page and click "Personalise". Type the text you would like engraved, choose a font, and you will see a live preview on the pen itself before you add it to your cart. What appears on screen is what we engrave.

How long can my engraving text be?

Up to 20 characters, including spaces.

What fonts can I choose from?

Times New Roman, Dancing Script, Monotype Corsiva and Arial. You can preview each one live on the pen before ordering.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are engraved and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is free on every order and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, usually arriving within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch. Express (Royal Mail, next working day) is £4.50.

Can I return a personalised item?

Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because engraved items are made specifically for you, they can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged, or if the engraving does not match what you saw in the preview — see our full Refund Policy.

Can I get a logo engraved for my business?

Yes. Use the form on our Corporate & Bulk Orders page and attach your artwork. We will tell you whether it will engrave cleanly and send a proof before anything is cut.
