We prepare your proof
Our team redraws your logo for engraving and sends a visual showing how it sits on the barrel. Vector artwork gives the cleanest result, but we can usually work from a good quality image.
You approve, then we make it
Nothing is engraved until you have signed off the proof. If you need to be invoiced rather than pay by card, tell us and we will look at what we can arrange.
Made and dispatched
We confirm your delivery date when we quote. We can split a run across multiple sites, or send individually boxed pens direct to named recipients.

Common questions
Can every pen have a different name?
Yes. Individual names are one of the most common requests — send us a list and we will match each pen to its recipient and label them up.
What if my logo is complicated?
Engraving is a single-depth process, so very fine gradients and hairline strokes do not always survive. We will redraw and simplify where needed, and show you the result on your proof before anything is committed.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the pen, the quantity and what is being engraved, so we quote each enquiry individually. Larger runs work out cheaper per pen — send us your numbers and we will price it up.
How quickly can you turn an order around?
Tell us your deadline in the form and we will confirm what is achievable when we quote. It is worth asking even if the date feels tight.
Can you invoice us rather than take card payment?
Often, yes — particularly for schools, practices and established firms. Mention it in your enquiry.
