Delivery

We dispatch the same day on orders placed before 3pm (UK working days); orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Every UK order is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and usually arrives within 1–2 working days of dispatch. Free UK delivery on every order, or choose Express (next working day) for £4.50.

Personalised orders

Personalised and engraved pens are made to order and are dispatched the same working day when the order is placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday). In the rare case a pen is out of stock, we will email you within one working day.

Returns

Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they can only be returned if faulty, damaged, or incorrectly engraved — see our full Refund Policy for details.

For a change-of-mind return of an item without engraving, you pay the return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or engraved incorrectly, we reimburse your reasonable return postage.
