Delivery

We dispatch same day on orders placed before 3pm (UK working days). Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days from dispatch, or 1–2 working days with Express. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30.

Personalised orders

Personalised and engraved pens are made to order and are dispatched same day where the order is placed before 3pm, subject to stock availability.

Returns

Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they can only be returned if faulty, damaged, or incorrectly engraved — see our full Refund Policy for details.
