United Kingdom

• Standard — Royal Mail, 2 to 4 working days — £2.50
• Express — Royal Mail, 1 to 2 working days — £4.50
• Free standard delivery on orders of £30 and over

International

• European Union — £9.95
• Rest of world — £9.95

International delivery times vary and customs clearance is outside our control. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are engraved and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Engraving itself takes minutes. What determines your delivery date is when the order reaches us and which postal service you choose.

Working to a deadline?

For a gift with a fixed date we suggest ordering at least five working days ahead on standard delivery, or three on express. If your date is tight, tell us in the order notes or email hello@penspersonalised.co.uk and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
