In short: items without engraving can be returned within 30 days of delivery (you pay return postage for a change of mind). Engraved items are made to your specification, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind, but we always put right anything faulty, damaged in transit or engraved incorrectly, and reimburse your reasonable return postage. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
